No elastic, like wearing a shirt untucked. I'm old school, I do not go out in public without wearing slacks, and a tucked in shirt, While I shop a Wal-Mart I do no dress as a sloppy person.

A man is how he dresses IMO.

And no I do not go about in flip/flops either.

Even if your shirt lifts up in Florida, it's generally OK. The law is a little vague in the sense that (and I'm paraphrasing) your firearm can be briefly exposed if it's due to everyday activity such as reaching up, bending down, and so on. However, it's also written that (and I'm paraphrasing again) that if someone sees it, even in the above situation, and feels threatened, the cops could give you a bad day, but you'll most likely be on your way.

When I'm not carrying my SCCY in my pocket, I carry a full sized 1911 (which is pretty much every day). When I bend down or reach up, my shirt is constantly finding it's way over the grip. At first I would be nervous, but now I just pull my shirt back down and go about my business. Still, please consult the laws themselves as I am no expert or lawyer.
