While I am mostly very happy with the overall design of the CPX 2. I have made some changes. One, I do NOT believe ANY handgun should come from the factory with finger grooves. Unless it is a factory option.

Hey, look, here is a SCCY pistol with finger grooves.....Great! Let me buy it!. But there are about 100 other pistols without finger grooves. Nah, I still am going to buy it and then complain about it.

And they say there are no good comedians any more.

rob1911 ----nice job , is that stippling or bed liner paint you finished it with ??? (can`t tell from the picture ) like how you under cut the back of the trigger guard also.

I think that may be Talon Grip tape. You can buy sheets of it for around $10 and custom cut for where you want to make no slip. I think most of my poly pistols have at least a small piece somewhere. Sticks better than tape and if you hit it with a hair dryer or heat gun it adheres as if it was a part of the grip.
