Now I Have a Pair

I have owned an S&W Model 10-5 Standard Barrel for a couple of years. Yesterday, I added a Model 10-6 Heavy Barrel to the accumulation.

Nice, congrats.
It's not the blast that kills you - It's the tumble to the bottom of the 800 foot crater.....

Thank You Both, I do not have the history of the -5 standard barrel, but the new one came from Mobile, Alabama law enforcement. The hang tag stated Mobile County SWAT.

I acquired the new one from a law enforcement distributor. While there, an officer from the Vestavia Hills, Alabama SWATT was there and came over to examine and share his fond memories of an identical revolver he has carried in his past.

Good for you to have the pair. Also a memory of my first issue bull barrel. The mounted division of the graduating class issue of the Phila. PD. The others were issued Colts. Seeing the bull barrel they thought we received 357's. With your two now you will have a "Happy New Year".
