Little issue

Postby ChefRaider » Thu Mar 24, 2016 8:29 am

My SCCY shoots great, it eats any ammo I give it, it's been a great little pistol. I mostly let my daughter and wife shoot it so it's the stay at home gun. I carry my Taurus PT111 G2 with me. I keep them both very clean. The last time I took the daughter to the range the SCCY shot great but when I would try to manually eject a round it would get stuck to the back of the slide where the firing pin strikes the primer. I then have to wiggle the round out with my fingers. The ejector looks fine, it's clean back there, I can't figure out why the round doesn't eject when I pull the slide back. I found this out because I was removing my carry hollow points to put the ball tip rounds in for her to practice. Any suggestions?

Sorry guys, you nailed it. It was the ejector.

I find the parts diagram in the manual pretty handy. It's like this - I know what mine looks like - what should it look like? 8)
It's not the blast that kills you - It's the tumble to the bottom of the 800 foot crater.....
