The CPX-1 and CPX-2 are a bit hard for my wife to rack the slides. My EDC are the Taurus PT145 Pro and 24/7 G2C .45 so recoils from the compacts .45 don't bother me.

Not sure the CPX-3 will be any easier to rack. It's supposed to use many of the same parts as the 1\2.

On 05.03.17 I emailed SCCY Service that same question, got a reply on 05.08.17 from SCCY Sales Team stating simply "We were told June / July of this year for full release. Also I'm new here and am curious... you mentioned July Issue. July Issue of what?

Certainly not for concealed carry, unless the recoil reduction would be really noticeable. I carry a compact .380 in a pocket holster because it's very concealable in a pocket. I carry a SCCY in a belt holster because it's not. Given a choice between a 9mm and a .380 of the same size, I'd choose the 9mm. Just my 2 cents.
